- Project:
- Redesign the TV section of RTÉ.ie.
- Team:
- I collaborated with the Design&UX team of RTÉ Digital to do this project and the development was made by the Production&Operations team at RTÉ Digital.
- Target:
- When we started doing the structure of the new content layout, we looked at the structure of rte.ie to keep the consistence of the new style guides of it. We analysed the latest version of the TV section that it was live at that moment, we removed the menu items that they were out of date and we tried to highlight the most visited pages from the TV section.

Other features to keep in mind:
- Simplify the navigation map and up to date TV section to become a gateway between RTE.ie and RTÉ Player.
- Promote RTÉ's products.
- Highlight the most visited content (Audience participation and Competitions).

GAAGO Re-Design
Some icons for hurling and football match bundles.
- About GAAGO:
- GAAGO is an IPTV service from RTÉ and the Gaelic Athletic Association. It is a subscription based sports channel aimed an international market and at the Irish diaspora around the world. It features coverage of all GAA sporting events on a pay basis.
- Project:
- Redesign the User Interface of the website and optimise the payment system with a new user area.
- Team:
- I collaborated with the Production & Operations team at RTÉ Digital and GAAGO Team. The development was made by Freeman Contingent company.
- The updates include:

- Multiple content for 1, 2, or 3 promotions for the hero area (the cards change their format depending on the items number that they been selected in the CMS).
- New section for documents and videos related with the GAA.
- New layout for Bundles & Passes page.

- My Matches (matches, bundles & passes list that the users have bought)

- Project:
- Design a landing page template for RTÉ apps.
- Target:
- Build a unique landing page layout to promote the products that RTÉ has in the mobile market. The target was to keep the consistency between all the apps that were in the market.

Amanda Byram Official Website (2011-2014)
- About
- She is an Irish television presenter and former model, best known for co-presenting BBC One game show Total Wipeout with Richard Hammond, and for hosting the American television show, Paradise Hotel.
- Project
- She contacted to do her official website. She wanted a clean and easy navigation website where she could put the information about her. To do this, we decided to build the website in a way that the user could access to the content in one shot. The solution that we found was displaying the content of the pages in a carousel.

- MECASOLAR is a company devoted to the design, manufacture and distribution of photovoltaic trackers.

RTÉ News Now App Redesign (Prototype concept)
- Project:
- Design a prototype for RTÉ News Now app.
- Target:

- Unique design for the different platform systems (iOS and Android).
- Simplify the navigation map of the app.
- Layout based in article categories.
- Add RTÉ's Channels schedule to the LIVE screen.
TXFM Radio App (Android & iOS App)
- Project:
- Create a Mobile app for TXFM radio station.
- Target:

New Draw it Push it (Game Concept)
- About
- "Draw it Push-it" is a multiplayer (max. 15 players) buzzer pictionary style game, to play with the apple TV, using the iPad and iPhone devices like controllers.
- Target
- Re-design the "Draw it Push-it" game to play it using only one device.
- UI Design
- How you could meet with 15 players, the UI had to be simple. So I use the different colors as the player ID.
Awards Guide: The Oscars® (Android App)
- About
- "Awards Guide" is an iOS app made by Redwind Software with the Oscars® list of all times.
- Project
- The app flow was ordered to do the search in two ways: by year and by awards. After you selected the search option, you see the winner of each categories and in case that you wanted to see the nominees you could expand the winner list item doing tap in the arrow icon. On the other hand, If you wanted to see the Winner details, you only need to do tap in the center of the list item.
Deal or No Deal - Noel Quiz
- About
- Deal or No Deal is a famous TV Show produced by Endemol. It is played with up to 22 boxes containing certain sums of money. The player chooses a case or a box to knock an amount of money off the board.
- Project
- Create a Quiz type Game based on the TV Show. The Game had to be implemented for iOS and Android. We decided to put the Noel Character in the game to be faithful to the show.
- The game includes:

- Store to get the boosters, coins, and lifelines for the quiz part.
- Multiple category of questions.

Numerosity: Play with Maths
- Numerosity Play with Maths:
- Colaboration in the first version of "Numerosity Play with Maths" iPad game in Redwind Software for ThoughtBox.
Numerosity helps kids to learn maths playing a fancy interactive game. - Contribution
- My contribution to this version was the design of some of the assets that the game needed. These assets include achievements, powers, certificates newsletters and the newsletter pdf.

- Do the mobile application based on the Her.ie website.

- Do the mobile app Android and iOS system. This design was in the market from 2011 to 2014.
The Bank Job (Game concept)
- Target
- Design a Proposal for the Endemol's The Bank Job TV Show. The target was to build a quiz game based in the TV Show.

TODD Card Collection (Prototype)
- Target
- Create a prototype for Todd Collections company
- Project
- The prototype was made to share digital cards between different devices. You can buy the cards and swap them with other users to complete the collections.

The map was build with Mapbox tool. We used css to customise it.
You can access to the different testimonies doing clic around the map´s dots.
The city centre was divided in 5 main different areas: St. Stephen Green & Earlsfort Terrace, O´Connell Street, Smithfield Square & The Fruit Market,
Merrion Square & Lower Fitzwilliam Street, Trinity College.
- About RTÉ Reflecting the Rising Event:
- RTÉ 1916: Reflecting the Rising was a public event that RTÉ in partnership with Ireland 2016 organised for Easter Monday of 2016. They aimed to provide one day celebration around the Dublin City Centre, to explore the Easter Rising history and the influence of this in the irish culture and identity.
- Partners:
- Ireland 2016, Dublin City Council, Transport for Ireland, Office Public Works.
- Project:
- Build the RTÉ 1916 brand to cover all the events that they were related with the commemoration of the Easter Rising. On the other hand, for the Easter monday, we designed another brand for the big event that it was organised in Dublin: RTÉ Reflecting the Rising. All graphics, Website, social media, outdoor assets, were coveraged under this brand, and they went out across many platforms, coordinated and developed by RTÉ Digital.

Redwind Software
- About:
- Redwind Software is a company that was born in 2008 when Apple announced the App Store. They developed national and international customer native apps for Android and iOS systems.
- Project:
- I made the branding and the design of the visual assets for the company. Starting with the logo sketches, letterheads, business cards, keynote template and website.
- Target:
- Make a consistent identity mark based in the market that they were working.

I started it like one small challenge and at the end it became a way to say "Hello!" to the new Redwind Software employees.

ABOUT ME
I´m a senior Graphic and UI Designer that has been working in several projects for RTÉ in the last few years. Experienced in Mobile, Web design, UI and branding, I used to work in the printing area. As I love illustration & drawing, I try to combine my drawing skills with the design tasks. I get every new project as challenge.
